I’m excited to be embarking on a new adventure: a restaurant without a fixed address

You don’t have the ideal venue that’s the perfect match for your event? Don’t worry, we’ll find a unique place: a beautiful greenhouse or you can use the space in Hola, my current restaurant. Or maybe you have a wonderful garden or venue where you’d like to organise your event? If that’s the case, we’ll just come to you!

I was brought up by a chef, my mum Jeanne. As a child, she taught me all the basic techniques but soon I ventured out on my own. I started to travel around the globe and learned to appreciate new flavours which sparked my enthusiasm for the different cuisines the world has to offer, an enthusiasm I share every week in my current restaurant Hola, in Hoeilaart. When Covid hit in 2019, I launched a takeaway formula and catering service through which I offered clients a new menu every day, something I still do today for 1, 2 or more people, in combination with a lunch or a late-night dinner on Friday evenings in my restaurant.

It inspired me to create a unique catering service that allows me to bring the world’s cuisine to you: Southern, Middle Eastern, Asian, as well as the Belgian-French cuisine closer to home, or even a sumptuous brunch.

Looking for a specific dish? I’d be happy to prepare it for you with my personal touch. I mostly use blends of herbs which I tailor to the dish I’m making. To me, a dish can only be a success when each ingredient is brought forward and the right herbs have been used. One of my favourites is za’atar, a blend of herbs straight from the Middle East.

I also cater events starting at 10 people. You can go for a menu from your favourite cuisine, but feel free to compose your own menu by combining dishes from different countries. We’ll deliver it to your doorstep or we’ll take care of everything, even the beautifully decorated tables if you choose the full-option service.

In short, my ambition is to offer you a delicious and fun culinary dinner, lunch or brunch during which you won’t have to do anything except sit back and enjoy!
