As a child, I often stood next to my mum in the kitchen. She was a chef herself and taught me how flavours come into balance, how simplicity can surprise and how important it is to cook with care and love. Those moments laid the foundation for my passion.
That’s where I discovered what people truly appreciate: freshness, honesty and a personal approach. But I wanted to do more than the classic sandwiches you find everywhere. I turned each sandwich into something special, with flavour, creativity and ingredients you wouldn’t necessarily expect. That small adventure quickly grew into a loyal customer base, looking for that unique touch.
Every week, I created a new menu inspired by world cuisine: Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, classic with a twist. For many customers, it became a weekly journey of discovery. That period shaped my signature: global influences, pure ingredients, surprising flavours and warm hospitality.
I cook for celebrations, families, companies and events, always with dishes that match the moment, the people and the atmosphere you want to create. In addition, I also host cooking workshops for small groups in my culinary space in Overijse. Cooking together, tasting, learning and enjoying — for me, that is the essence of good food.
